Q: How does it attach to the ROPS? Does it include the attachment hardware?
A: It comes with a mounting bar and two different mounting brackets to accommodate different-sized ROPS bars. The brackets are square bend U-Bolts that will go around the ROPS bar, through the mounting bar, and secured with included hardware.
Q: Is the toolbox removable?
A: Yes

It's amazing to realize all the things you don't "need" to put on a tractor until you actually have the ability to store it all.. I keep a chain, sledge, shovel, ropes, wrenchs, and a large flathead on the tractor at all times. This box is absolutely a must have.
Super Handy toolbox, Don't know how I ever did without it.
