We are active campers, and this battery and battery box is part of our 27 ft travel trailer. The Battery Box is well made. We purchased this item in early 2024, and it has not degraded since. It's waterproof, and it has housed our AGM battery in all seasons and conditions.It has met my expectations, and I highly recommended.

Bought two of these to hold my two batteries in my new camper power setup. They work well. You could probably get away without them but it's nice to have a specific tub to put the batteries in.
