I needed to drill a series of 3/4" holes for bench dogs and after some freehand tries, I realized I needed a drill guide. I wasn't disappointed when I got this! The guide worked like a dream and each of the holes was dead straight, with almost no wobble. It was steady enough for my needs. It's a great tool for the price!

I wanted to drill 3/4” dog holes in my new workbench but I needed to be able to drill them straight and perpendicular to the table. I’ve seen this drill press before and after researching and watching videos it seemed like something that would do the job. After drilling the first hole and testing the fit, it was straight and perpendicular to the table as were then the remaining 49 holes! The press is pretty sturdy and the rubber feet keep it from moving. The handle keeps a good grip on the press when drilling.

I was able to add 3/4" dog hole to my small mobile workbench with ease. The holes can out straight and clean. That being said, you can surely drill straight holes with this device.

The placement accuracy and angle control is a vast improvement over just sticking the bit on the piece and whaling away with a hand-held drill. We expect to use it a lot.

I would MARRY whoever made this. Been searching for a product like this forever. I had a benchtop drill press but it was so clunky and impossible to take on jobs. If you need 100 percent perfection go get a drill press. BUT if you need mobility and tolerance of 95% correct, this is it. Really love it. The holes I made are sharp and clean. Great work and for the money this is the BEST drill attachment I've ever bought.
