Q: How to install this?
A:
- Open the ladder and position the mounting bracket flat on the open truck tailgate.
- The position of the mounting bracket should be at least 3 inches from the right or left sides of the tailgate, and at least two inches from the top of the tailgate.
- With the mounting plate positioned on the tailgate, install supplied screws using the bit driver included.
- Fold the ladder and close the tailgate to verify proper clearances.
