This has saved me some time and some sanity. Now I keep the ring of bits by my impact, and clip it to a nearby surface when working. I leave one holder open for the bit that’s in the impact. It’s nice to not have to set the bits on a ladder or the ground where they could roll away.
This set of hex shank holders on a locking carabiner is very handy.There are always a few screwdriver bits that you use more often than the rest because most of what you need to do can be done by those bits.The carabiner is metal and has a screw-locking mechanism to keep bits secure. The carabiner can not only hold bits, but can secure them to your belt-loop or part of a toolbox.
This is a great way to keep specific hex shank bits handy for a project. The sprung collar is pulled forward to release and lock the bits. I engaged all of the holders multiple times with bits, and they held securely. The locking carabiner is great for your tool belt or tool tether.
