  • This product is perfect for beginners of sous vide cooking. Just follow these steps:

    1. Clip the sous vide cooker onto the edge of the pot filled with water. Make sure it does not exceed the maximum water level of the sous vide.
    2. Set the desire time and temperature on the digital interface of the sous vide cooker.
    3. Put the meat or food in ziplock or sous vide bags and place food in the water. Make sure to clip the bag on the other edge of the pot.
    4. Take out food and turn sous vide off once timer shows that food is ready.
