The players can either play with the blaster toy guns to hit the round target at the top, or they can use the foam popper toy guns to shoot the foam balls onto the shooting target. Whichever game mode they choose, the rules are the same for both modes:

Each player gets to have 12 bullets each. The player should shoot or hit the highest number in the target because the number corresponds to points. The player with the highest points is the winner!
