📝Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is the main purpose of this kit?

A: To easily cut threads into the end of a pipe, you need to use a ratcheting pipe threader. A ratcheting pipe threader has a long ratcheting handle on one end and a circular die head on the other end, which is a ring with numerous sets of teeth that cut the threads. This allows you to cut the correct threads that fit your pipes.

Q: Is it possible to use this kit to thread wood?

A: This pipe threader was meant for steel and metal, and since wood has that fine of thread, wood will most likely chip out.

    Great For Small DIY Projects

These low-cost thread cutters perform well, at least for small tasks. I haven't used them long enough to know how durable they are, but I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
