It can even bond to dry or damp surfaces which will help you apply it on irregularly shaped surfaces or shapes.

- Only use in buildings of Type III (roof only) and V (roof and wall) construction or construction permitted under the International Residential Code.
- Any gaps that exceed 1/4" should be filled with expandable foam insulation, backer rod, or fiber-reinforced gap filler prior to the application of the Liquid Flashing Sealant.
- Ambient and panel surface temperatures should be between 35°F (2°C) and 110°F (43°C) during application and drying. If air or surface temperatures exceed 95°F (35°C), apply to shaded surfaces before daytime air and surface temperatures reach their peak.
- Do not exceed 180 days of weather exposure.
- Do not dilute or alter. No mixing is required.
- Do not use it as a structural sealant or adhesive.
- Do not use in place of appropriate through-wall flashing.
- Do not use below-grade or in locations that are continuously immersed in water.
- Do not apply to surfaces with standing water or frost.

Easy to use with a sausage gun, can spread it thin and it's very effective on pretty much any surface. This is my go-to for flashing. Just wear gloves and have a solvent available for cleanup, it's very messy if you're not careful.
My house flooded back in May so during the repairs the liquid flash was used where the slap and sheathing met and up the joints about 1.5ft. Only a few gallons got in last night around some sand less bags we used at the doors. But I am very proud of this Liquid Flashing Sealant.
The sausage tube generates less waste than the two sizes of caulking tubes available. Using the fluid applied flashing is cheap insurance against water intrusion. Using it around windows and doors eliminates the need for tape and stretch tape along with layering that can cause installation issues if not done exactly. The liquid applied approach is a one step rough opening water resistant barrier method.
I used this in Nebraska in June which was high 80s and 90s temps over two weekends and pretty humid. No issues with not sticking. I did sand the old panels with a power sander where this stuff was going so I could remove all the peeling paint and have a good surface for it to adhere to. Stuff is very sticky.
It's working great. The consistency is good and dries perfectly.
