📝  Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Does it work for seawater?

A: No, it is not recommended to use it in seawater. This straw is more perfect for lakes, rivers, ponds, snow water, streams, water sources, etc. Filtering municipal water also works well.

Q: Is the straw reusable? Can I wash it?

A: Yes, you can reuse the straw after one use but if you’ve already used it with 1,500 liters / 396 gallons of water, then you need to replace the straw.

The straw also needs to be washed after every use. Wash the straw with clean water to keep the filter clean. Shake gently after every wash and dry it in a vertical placement for the next use.,

Q: How do I quickly sip from the straw?

A: If you’re having difficulty in sipping from the straw or if the water doesn’t flow through the straw easily, upon first use or if the straw becomes dry, rinse it in drinking water or under the tap for 1-2 minutes from the “mouthpiece” side, until the side is wet.
